We (a small group of friends) are just starting a new business. We used Teamlab in the past at the firms we worked for and we believe it will simplify our workflow and it will enhance our communication with the clients.

We will use the project management tool to plan and keep track of our projects in a collaborative manner (we plan to actively include out our clients in the project management process).

Also, we will make great use of the documents section of Teamlab, in order to easily create and share documents between us and with clients

As a consultant for Inbound and Hybrid Marketing I work with a host of different service providers and clients to deliver effective means to reach the right people with valuable information, helping to make sensible consumer choices happen.

The community part of TeamLab helps us to communicate our ideas and inspirations effortlessly, without cluttering our inbox – keeping relevant information accessible and bringing the team together in a much more personal way.

The project management platform helps us to get things done in time, while keeping much needed oversight on our diverse projects.

The possibility to work on documents within the platform helps us to cooperate without constantly switching around or sending tons of revisions back and forth via email.

I also love the possibility to share contact information, create follow ups and keep everything in sync via one smart online office toolset!

I discovered TeamLab more than a year ago and am still excited to see the improvements which are regularly offered. A subscription to TeamLab would help our church board to work as a team even if they are not together in the same office. We are now using a few free tools such as file repository and team calendar. A free subscription would open the door to very interesting tools such as collaborative edition of documents and IM. It would also be very useful to edit the documents within TeamLab. Anyway this tool is great!
