Very cool menus. That’s something I need to work on–creating more visually appealing navigation in my designs. I like all of these, even the most simplistic ones. I can tell the designers put a lot of effort into them.

A great selection, website headers and footers are interesting me a lot lately — I’m definitely going to spend a lot more time on my header and footer when carrying out another redesign from scratch.

@Danny Hinde: I wrote a collection of website footers a while ago, worth checking out if you’re interested. I’ve been meaning to put together a showcase of site headers, I’ll have that written in the near future.

@Kayla: Yes, even the simple ones, to me, were well thought-out of. I always say that there’s a certain beauty that I find with minimalist designs; the ability to craft something beautiful with fewer resources always shows me the designer’s creativity.

@Caroline: I must say that I’ve never seen tag clouds utilized like that. And the horizontal navigation bar isn’t bad either, the texture + gradients combination looks better than you’d expect it to.

Erm this shows different types of navigation.. but they all look the same to me, for exmaple they just highlight or enlarge whatever your mouse is over.
But the website looks nice.
