Great examples. One type of pricing table missing is the type where the features are the same, but you’re buying based on volume. Take email marketing services for example, where the price tiers are typically based off of list size. Here is a good example of one: http://www.activecampaign.com/pricing/

These all communicate very well. Three tier pricing always strikes me as providing the clearest choice for consumers. The examples that use size to highlight key benefits also work really well.

I really like the Fluux design.Not only is the pricing table nice but the whole website is clear, concise and to the point.
