Great list. Surprised not to see any Guild Wars (or Guild Wars 2) concept art in there though, the artists over there keep winning awards, and their work is amazing! Still a great list though, and something a little different too, which is nice to see.

Really nice article, I love the variety of styles in this post. Personally I’ve always been a big fan of the vector type artwork for Grand Theft Auto. Some of the Halo designs are awesome too though!

I wouldn’t describe most of those as concept art, a lot are in game shots or promotional artwork, or (in one case actually labelled) fanart. Most concept art will either be 3D renderings or sketches, not finished images. Hence the concept part of the name.
