meh, nothing spectacular or ‘art’; just a lot of disproportioned figures and cake-decoration armor details

I wouldn’t describe most of those as concept art, a lot are in game shots or promotional artwork, or (in one case actually labelled) fanart. Most concept art will either be 3D renderings or sketches, not finished images. Hence the concept part of the name.
