Brilliant work BTW in the app you use for example. clean and pretty. Such tips can reduce the number of changes a developer will have to do after review :) good work.

Great article. Typically case studies are of the end result of a successful project. This study did one better and pointed out flaws within design, usability, and experiences. Informative post and is a great way to show that great design is a process.

The Mobile App is fine but fairly useless for what I need. Can’t track mileage (this is true for the web version too), can’t do anything with Support which would be a big reason to use such an app, You can’t achieve paid invoices so all the past ones are in your way. I could go on but let’s just say the mobile app is about 25% done from my point of view. Looking forward to your finishing it and adding the rest of the basic functionality.

I would love to see the support tab (from the web ui) added to the iPhone (and iPad) app! We use this function religiously and are gravely missing that on the mobile apps! Please add so we can truly be mobile in 2013!! Keep up the good work!!!

This has been mentioned a few times, but I feel that the tweaks are more UI based than design based. I absolutely love the core idea though, keep up the good work fellas.

Since I’ve made my website design responsive, I’ve never really tried to develop additional applications for mobile phones. Actually there is a component that I am using for my blog that can act as application too.
