When I first started out, I didn&#039;t realise the importance of having one decision maker, and I got stuck a number of times bouncing off a number of different people and getting nowhere. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid at all costs having to deal with too many decision makers. 

You should always find the one key person who can take the decision and carry the responsibility of his choice so that you can continue building your project.</description>
