I used to use Frontpage back in the day and have not updated my web design skills since then so this has been very helpful. For other pages (contact, work, etc), do you need to make a separate css file for each page? Or do you just use 1 css file and have other pages reference it? I'm not quite sure as I'm pretty poor at coding. Also, in IE, the menu bar is going kinda crazy, it shows 2 menu bars, with the below menu bar showing the hover effect.
