I definitely think more webmasters need to consider building in “help” or “support” sections into their content strategy. They are so helpful and to be honest it’s shocking to see how many people are not doing them.

Especially when you consider how valuable these can be to end-users.

I’ve always been looking for the usefulness of the website rather than it’s designs. I really thank you for this help system for making me aware on how important to integrating website. It very goo idea to make your tab on the point of it’s visibility.

I’m not trying to be smart or anything but i think that the autor of the article missed the point in a way.

Some of help sections, help centers as the intro of the article suggests – are made to make the user experiance even easier:
1. how to register
2. how to use our web application
3. how to configure your account

Other are strictly related to the products or web services that websites are trying to sell.

And those have nothing to do with user website experiance.

More over i think that this kind of website are made exactly to provide as short way through the website as possible – from the start to “buy now” button.

So trying to compare those two in this article is something that i wasn’t expecting.

Oh, and there’s an URL error on iPersonalAssistant – or the website does no longer exists.
