		<description>I think putting the sidebar 1st in the code if it&#039;s left although makes it better for screen readers, it&#039;s still not search engine optimized as google ranks keywords on the top of the page better than the ones below. So you should put your content 1st no matter what.</description>

		<description>JS should be at the bottom of the page for faster perceived page load speed. Also — relying on CSS frameworks are a bad idea. They lead to presentational markup.  And — I agree with the other items @RussellUresti mentioned.</description>
