The one thing I would add is: 

Improve what you are doing

A/B Tests &#124; find a way to charge more or get new customers cheaper &#124; New features, less features, different design, ...</description>

This sort of suggests that paragraphs and lists are inline elements, which, of course, they are not. I see your point but the phrasing is misleading. Other than that, fantastic list and a great read!</description>

Also, I do some work with the military and they are upgrading their systems to Vista and IE8.  I&#039;m not sure what the rest of the government is using, but that&#039;s a pretty good sign.</description>
