The one thing I would add is: Improve what you are doing A/B Tests | find a way to charge more or get new customers cheaper | New features, less features, different design, ... This sort of suggests that paragraphs and lists are inline elements, which, of course, they are not. I see your point but the phrasing is misleading. Other than that, fantastic list and a great read!

Also, I do some work with the military and they are upgrading their systems to Vista and IE8.
